Hey yall, yeah -- also, Choose Your Fighter adds an NPC that lets you change and flip your tile as well. As you might notice it's been a year since I touched this though so let me know if there is any other weirdness!

Choose Your Fighter adds a debug command(wish) that flips your tile.

chooseyourfighter:hflip -- flip the player's tile horizontally.

Wanted to figure out how to flip them myself so I just dug a lil bit and the answer was at the bottom of CYF's steam workshop description, just wanted to share here to help out.

Sprites are facing the wrong way.

Are these Tiles facing backwards for anyone else?

Actually after more testing I think it was another mod that was causing the crashes and the 5 crashes I got when picking the whisper was probably just coincidental.

I am not sure what is causing this but every time I try to make a character and select the whisper sprite from this mod on the new update my game crashes.

All I pray is for someone to make just a completely massive abomination. Eater-esque looking thing + Clayface gloopy-ness with club fists.

@sarcose, for sure you can DM your discord link I'd like to learn how to make my own sprites too and bolster your CYF expansion.

Good idea -- i haven't dug into scripting in the slightest, I'm not sure if a hook or api exists for uploading your own files to your game other than the modding API itself. However, with that being said, I am pretty active in Qud (I am obsessed with this game) so if you are making sprites you want to use feel free to message me on the Discord server and I could either add it to CYF Expansion with credit or show you how I made this one (it's an exceedingly simple expansion) so you can make one of your own :D

What LA CreATuRa asked is a good question. I'd like the same ability. A game like this where even the sprite was customize-able would be a boon. Here's hoping!

@Sol : I saw the same issue when I took a look. Digging into my code, I was missing a </> end tag that was breaking Choose More Fighters - Eaters. It should be working now.
