Tested a fix myself in the JSON files - you can fix it by just changing 1.9.15b to v1.9.15b for both mods. The issue is that there's no "v" in the name

Removed my last comment, I looked at stuff ingame and you got the dependency set up (though adding it in the steam page could be good) :]. Although, now the mod can't be enabled at all since it seems to target the version incorrectly

I would suggest setting your region changes mod as a hard dependency, same with any other required mods (i.e Slugbase)

kuvi starts on shaded cidadel, it already has the mark of comunication but it only has 2 karma max. they need 6 food pips to hibernate and can store 2 food pips. mostly carnivore(gains 6 food pips when eating a pink lizard and gains half a food pip when eating blue fruit)

i didnt really find a special hability
