Ideas
* Make Fuel Station compatiable with SCars
* Have the Gun Target Models ported from another game (Like GTA V or IV)
* Have nodes for NPC's
If this is too much for the Source Engine, I'm sorry. It's just an Idea to make it more RPish (Not that I like RP, sandbox is the shit)
