You might want to look in the LVS folder and then the Dave Motors folder

That's odd. It's been working for me since LVS was added to simfphys. I notice all my cars are in a folder within the LVS file on the left.

this mod doesent work with the lvs installed and yes i had the simfphys base installed too but if i have lvs installed then the simfphys cars arent even there and it sometimes crashes my game
