Love the look of this. Is there any DLC requirement? This asset does not show up in my Content Manager.

Can you make another version of this pack but with the 1989-2007 (that logo is a capital WAL-MART text with a star in between the two words) logo and 90's paint job?

@markg I guess one of the things about sub-buildings. I can change it to where the building has no chance of catching fire. Thanks for letting me know

I have this odd issue pop up where the building catches fire but only half of it gets put out.. The fire dept ignores the sub building still on fire. After that portion burns to the ground I have to reset the building with Move-it to fix. The un-burnt half operates away with no issues...

@pizzaguy sounds like you don't have the Rico mod or the Not So Unique Building mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466834228 Without any mods you can only place a unique building once

this building is good on other mpays i played on but when i tried it on a snowfall map for the first time and it just have snow floating up in the air on top of nothing when i choose either of the variant, is there anyway you can fixed that or make another asset of the model?

Not Just a great looking asset but that magic button for the variation type in game is absolutely amazing. Brilliant idea and works so well. One of the best little surprises when I finally plopped this down.

This is really cool! Do you think you could do the old Walmart Supercenter from like 2005-2006? I always wanted to see someone make a good model of it. I know someone made one replica of it, but it doesn't really look as realistic. But this is so good!
