I'd say it absolutely does need to be updated. Because I just ran a playtest with this and RT56 as the only mods active, and those same three slots are still blank.

Doesn't need to be updated. No problems with loading only rt56 , pimc and pimc for rt56 . Please check if other UI class mods are loaded
