NPCs keep T-posing after model replacement, i've used universal animation fix and other animation fixing addons and it didn't work, any help?

What's the 100 mean next to the replacement? Is that like the chance for it to replace whatever it is? Like if I replace the AR2 with both a tacrp ak47 and a tacrp m4 will it be a 50 percent chance? and can I, say, make the ak47 less common than the m4? if so how?

There were no combine elite in model replace section please add it in the next update if possible this mod has potentials.

because, when i'm using sabre-an's zombie modpack, the zombies I can't replace.

REQUESTS: Firstly, fix the addon... Stalkers, vortigaunts, barnacles, stuff like that cannot be replaced. Secondly, ability to replace modded things with... well, OTHER modded things (or vanilla ig.) Lastly, simfphys + lfs/lvs support. I can't replace the jeep with an armored car :(

It says that the addon offers 'Replacing Entities with other types of items.', how exactly do you do that? Replacing medkits with weapons for example, I can't see how to do it.

When a player gets a replaced weapon, they will switch to an empty handed state, which can have a effect on combat.

and by search bar, i meant all categories in the menu. If not possible, then entites, npcs' weapons and player's weapons are good enough for me

You should add a search bar cuz its gonna be hell if you have lots of mods installed

I've noticed that your plugin has some issues with the HUD I'm using.When replacing vanilla HL2 weapons with modded weapons:Picking up a weapon does not display it in the weapon selector, nor does it allow usage.Only after collecting a second weapon does the first weapon become visible and usable.The newly collected second weapon then fails to appear/function until a third weapon is picked up.This creates an infinite loop where weapon switching is effectively broken, as each newly acquired weapon inherits the same visibility/usability issue. @Adrian Shephard kicking your ass The weapon menu isn't broken. I've used this addon to literally replace lots of weapons. All the menus work for me too.

Also @Big Brother there is literally a message right under the addon (discussions) that says "Cannot replace NPCs"
