Hearth I've cretaed a submod for KRTX and KR Naval Rework that fixes the issues and Updates KRTX to 1.16

If you start this with KRTX and KR Naval Rework it doesn't crash but the entire game breaks, 2ACW just doesn't happen and some nations just get their AI disabled.
How did that even happen man. How does a tech extension lock focus trees.

@Doktor_Diesel you are not gonna get an answer from PPSyrius, heard they were busy with stuff. But you can absolutely create a fix, I doubt anyone would be upset about that. Also Caek said they couldn't fix the Patch for a while so you could use that too, probably. :steamthumbsup:

I managed to reach out to the kaiserdevs on reddit, apparantly PPsyrius isn't dead, just EXTREMELY Busy, so there is STILL A FAINT GLIMMER OF HOPE.
