Anyway, this patch is just a graphical patch, if you use DK and ADMC together without this patch, everything will work normally but DK's MT will be on the bottom of every MT instead of its own tab.
Confirmed, same as mindfreak24, same issue, patch isn't working sadly
inside the common folder, on_action, find on_peace_actor and on_peace_recipient and substitute effelai_worship.536 with effelai_worship.535 in your version of the file.

Considering the fact that DK doesn’t touch either anbennar or all dwarven missions combined, I can almost certainly say it is an issue of the main dwarven missions combined mod
after multiple test, i can safely say that this mod or the All Dwarven Missions Combined crash the game
No other submod activated still crash
very sad
