Yes, of course. All parts are needed. Some parts have models, most have textures, while I believe this last one has scripts and animations. I'm unsure. It's a large pack is the issue, similar to TnB and how they seperate their textures over multiple workshop files.

Do you have to download all of the packs for the models to work? I downloaded Part 1 and the models are stuck in T-Pose.
