You're probably using the v1 version of the model. Delete it and swap to this one.

You'd have to decompile the model and set it up to work with HL2DM's animations. HL2DM is on a very old verison of Source and a lot of the features / shaders used on the model may not be compatible.

i was test on the hl2dm . it was walk but it was not able to load animations.
so.. how can i changed animations?(for hl2dm)

I've started on a classic outfit for Miku along with a handful of other outfits, but I've also been debating on a better way to handle those things rather than just releasing 100 clothing variants. Nevertheless you can view more info on my Trello and/or Tumblr, but I'm currently working on Left 4 Dead 2 stuff.
