How did an Infernum player rate this addon

the death counter menu (showing what i died to) when i click my keybind does not show.

@UID Yes it will count previous deaths, but will not be able to retrieve the cause of death.

will this count previous deaths if used on an existing character?

@Tommo The deaths stats are getting an extreme overhaul (95% complete), just waiting on some art. All the problems with the current one will be fixed, recording will be completely reliable, and the information regarding each death type will be enhanced (expandable categories -> specific netid instead of typeid - this is the issue you were facing, bestiary icons/custom icons, mod support)

On the odd occasion, deaths don't count at all. Died to a zombie and did not count as my 2nd death total on the enemy category

Doesn't seem to count deaths to bosses with Nycro's Nohit Efficiency Mod?

The problem was indeed fixed in the 1.4.1 patch, however the mod was not automatically updated for some. Please ensure the mod is updated to the latest version if you are experiencing any crashing.

I keep crashing whenever I use this mod, I can send the client logs with the error

still getting the crash upon loading the world

It should be fixed, The problem involved drawing an NPC sprite. I am not sure why it all the sudden it decided to fatal error. I apologise for any inconvenience. Please do let me know if you find any more bugs.

@MetrocyshOwO This mod just grabs both PVP and PVE death values from the player character. It can be installed at any time and will display deaths from before you added the mod. I am also going to add death cause information, this will track every instance of death whether its via a boss, trap, etc. This will be a seperate gui. However, the death cause information from before this feature gets added will be lost as it is not tracked. Hope this helps :)

@MetrocyshOwO Characters do have a death count value in game. You can type /death in chat iirc

Hey that looks great! Though I wonder, do characters already have a death count value set and the mod displays it or do you have to have it from the beggining for every death to be counted?
And if so, is there a way to set your death count to a value manually (that's not dying over and over on purpose) if installed mid-playthrough?

@TwelveYO I have pushed an update that introduces a setting that allows you to force the player character to have a Tally Counter or above (client). This is toggleable in the config.
