Is the mod broken again? Downloaded it from the workshop but nothing's changed when I boot up the game

thats a very odd bug - cant possibly imagine why it would be happening
this mod is very simple and it doesnt change anything related to units, maps, sounds or airstrikes

i have removed support for valour
coudnt get it working after valours last update - i will need to dedicate an evening or two to figure it out
vanilla game worked fine as far as i could tell

Thanks for the awesome mod. A bug I seem to encounter is when I'm using this mod to play German vs. US on Eastern Front maps, I often hear my units spotting enemy airstrikes. However, enemy planes never actually appear or attack. I don't know if the mod is causing this as my conquest in vanilla settings works fine. Hope you could look into this. Thanks again.

i have used a few hours to figure out how to update the Valour version, but sadly its crashing every time.
i will give it another go, but for now Valour is not supported ( updated mod and description )

Hi, The mod is very cool but it crash when i try to take a nation of the Valour mod for example i go to the left when i choose a nation and as soon as click twice on the left it crash, on the other hand if i take finland for example i can play against France without problem. An idea where the problem comes from ?

i will look into it asap

For some reason I can't find the mod in the directory. Went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\241100 and it wasn't there, although the mod does appear in game. Thanks for making this btw I don't know why its not possible by default

i dont have the latest DLC yet, but i will take a look at the base game files - probably during the upcoming weekend
i presume it will be an easy update, but its always a tedious process with many steps

you can definitely update the files yourselves - its a very simple mod with very few files
and yet, it will take me a longer time to post a step-by-step guide, than to update the mod myself

I had it work for one battle and now every time it crashes when a battle is 100% done loading.

Doesn't seem to be working with the new expansion. Is there any way to tweak it or should we wait for an update?

Gonna also confirm crashes when using the valour sub mod of this. Seems to be caused by you not using some of the new combination nations valour uses on the newest update. I could scroll until I tried to scroll past usaf into what would be some of the combo nations and it crashes then. I remade the list including everything and that seemed to fix the issue.

It's strange, I had to add two new nations to the list so that the mod wouldn't crash.

Ran a test GER vs GER ( in base game ) and BRIT VS ITA ( with valour verison )
Everything is working - no crashes

I'm very sorry, Valour updated some coalitions on July 27th, I don't know if this MOD can still support Valour now (I'm very sorry that I can't go home to play the game in the short term, so I really can't test it). I sincerely hope you can update it, thank you very much!

Not compatible with valour even following step by step. Apparently due to valour new update.

This is possibly the greatest mod that should've been part of the game, your work should be applaud. I don't mean to rush you as I know your work here is free but is there any chance for an update? Valour's update made this mod crash when played together.

why versus conquest mode does not exist??-.-

can nations finally fight vs all nations?
IE before we can do in valor Germany vs US UK French etc all in one conquest, now we can only pick one

i will post a guide in the main mod description on how to edit map lists.
there are too many buttons as is - it might be glitching already, for someone who is using a low resolution.
its not hard - only one file needs to be edited.

MACE should be working fine. I havent played much, but it starts and all seems to be as it should. Havent found any confilctiong files either.

I will look into making an all-map mix. Maybe already today.

Great mod! I've got two questions though:

1. Could you add an Region where all maps are combined (i.e. Ostfront + Talvisota + Liberation)?

2. Is the mod compatible mith MACE (it only adds new units and no new factions)?

Yu can find it in the options.set file located in:
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\digitalmindsoft\gates of hell\profiles\XXXXXXXX (8-digit Steam ID number )

I ran a test and it works fine on latest version of Valour.
