The first few maps were amazing sequences and well-balanced for using pvp weapons. I think the airboat sequences were slightly quick, but that's an airboat thing more than a map thing.

Story started off good, but went downhill fast when the horror motion happened, especially with the obnoxious instant kills. If I wanted a horror map, I'd actively download those. 5/10 because the first few levels at least were good.

But I will say, All the parts in this map felt like some cod mission in a strange way

map 5 is peak nonstop, michael bay styled braindead action. +1

I guess it might have been fine on your end, but I assume other people have had the issue.

All the other maps are fine booting up from GMod menu

When I test, I loaded fm_map4 right from the menu. The map is fine.

I did some testing. It only happens when you boot up fm_map4 from the GMod menu. Loading in from fm_map3 is fine

I don't experience that problem. I suspect your environment has a problem with that. Try to use x86-64 branch, unsubscribe unused add-ons. If that don't work, try factory reset GMod.

Oh neat. It's been forever since I thought about Forward Motion. It's cool to see that people enjoy the fixed version I made. Though I think you should only mention that I added fixes to the maps. I really had no part in the actual creation process of the map pack.
