Yea it’s meant to be a lil trans mod but considering literally every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up thing that happens to Isaac in this game this is one of the tamer ones (and I don’t condone hormones for minors!)

@cole to be fair he does take literal drugs in the game alongside a lot of other medications that he probably should not be taking so having them in-game isn't all that weird

Personally, I think it should replace Speed Ball with Estrogen, and Synthoil with Testosterone. I always mix those two up in-game because the sprites are so similar. Also, the comment below mine is very funny.
