Great mod.
The only nitpick I have is that for it to be truly not affecting balance the use time should be similiar to vanilla.
So if you're consuming full bottle for -20 fatigue with the mod it should take the same amount of time as consuming full bottle in vanilla for -20 fatigue. Very minor, but still.

This is a great mod - ive been using it for a while with no issues

Vanilla: 10 pills in bottle -2 fatigue each. -20 fatigue in result.
Mod: 2 pills in bottle -10 fatigue each. -20 fatigue in result.

Do you mean that each bottle you find can only be used twice? Or that you can only use it twice in a certain amount of time?
