Could this be made into a mod where every source of damage from infected, fire, explosives and bullets alike have say a ~30-50% chance to cause bleed damage? thanks for reading, have a pleasant day/evening!

I noticed that on most difficulties, small hits like SMG and assault rifle rounds only deal 1 damage with no added bleed. It only seems to matter when using things like the hunting rifle or on higher difficulties. How hard would it be to add a flat 1 or 2 bleed to all hits? I feel like that would be a decent way to make it feel more universal without breaking too much balance.

Can you create a "Bleed do Death" mod? Because when you don't have actual life, you bleed 'till 1HP, but you can only die or be incap if something hit you, but imagine if a few moments later after a friend shot you just die of bleeding, it would be awesome.
