figured it out by going back in this chat to previous instruction on solving the issue:
i didnt understand what 'custom load order' meant (or to use old invictus at first, maybe put the latter and a link in the mod description so it doiesnt get lost in chat over time)
gonna try the mod now, very exicted thank you :)

sorry. I meant that for exeample, the city granary goives like a +3.800% food modifier, or that making a claim costs 1000 influence, or that most building tax modifiers are in the houndreds. While at the same time the stability modifers seem more normal. Also, it takes 10 innovation to unlock an invention.

All intended or some weird thing on my game ?

assimilation and coverstion the governor policy for assimilation converts as well

Awesome mod, just what I've been looking for. Loved the mechanics of Imperator Rome but wanted a little more in terms of setting. Great stuff, keep it up.

I having find this folder. And I have finde countries_I_german too. But I can't find the folder for the mod itself so I can add the file there. I'm currently even wondering whether I have to do a large translation at all, or whether I can just implement the german file that already seems to exist.
Again the map has changed, I don't know if this is really the right file.
My path is:
\Steam\steamapps\common\ImperatorRome\game\localization\english
AND
\Steam\steamapps\common\ImperatorRome\game\localization\german

When I go to \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\mod, I only find files with names like ugc_1842993039

cool you can make the it localization\english and the file countries_l_english as for the german files same place in german folder you could make it a sub mod if you want

Can i make german names of the nations in you mod?
Need only the right folder from you.

(The only condition would be that you mention me for the German translation. But I actually want to do it for myself because these names like "EE3" (England) or "DD6" (Bystantine Empire) bother me.)

as for fabricating you get a lot more political influence than normal even more with high stability and you also get alot more tech research the point to tech is the tables that give boosts each time you gain level so the tech must be high for the table bonus to be worth

Hello,I love the idea and time period of your mod with the blending of Imperator Rome mechanics and can see the massive potential it has.My only concerns so far is fabricating claims costing 1000 political influence and buying 1 tech costing 10 innovations. To me I don't want to wait 100 months to make a claim. Thank you for the mod.

The cultures are grouped in a odd way. Persians and Tajiks are both Persian speaking peoples with little difference between them. Oghuz is in the same group as Tajiks and Afghan(which did not exist up until the creation of the nation state of Afghanistan by the British as a buffer state against Russia. You could call it Khorasani or add the Hazara and Pashtun cultures) which is really odd Tajiks, Persians, Kurds, Pashtuns, Balouchs are all Iranic. In Central Asia you could add the Oghuz with the Kimek(Kipchak is more accurate), Hazara and Karluk(which should be added to the eastern half of Oghuz) and maybe some Uyghur provinces in the far east of Central Asia. Just a recommendation! Keep up the good work
