I have managed to fix my problem with the mod I had to delete the contents of C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\CarrierCommand2 leaving this here to help anyone else that has weird problems with the mod not caused by the mod

can someone help me no matter what I do even if I only have this mod active I am unable to bring up the menu tablet/screen and the vehicle loadout screen is blank. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong?

@evergreen i had to swap the model to mount it as the EW pod on aircraft

i dont know if its this mod but my flare cannon on my carrier seems to have been replaced with the sprite of the external fuel tank.

The new mod on the workshop "Island turret placement QoL" fixes a painpoint I was just having the other day putting turrets down, I can't use it with rev so mind merging the concept into rev?

Amazing what we'll do for our kids, as we love playing this game co-op and the Revolution mods make it even better. I started with the sept25 branch and implemented your commits locally one by one. The VLS stops working after "Use VProxy in more places in the HUD" commit. That's all I could figure out while I took a lunch break. Thanks again for the great mod.

A code change in between the dev-revolution-beta-sept25 branch and the latest revision seems to break the VLS from the Tactical Ops mod. Guided missiles come up as "Unavailable". I created a repository locally pointed to the sept-25 branch and it works using that version. Tried digging through the code changes in the git but not familiar enough with CC2 to know what may have caused it. Not that it narrows down much but it was probably before oct 5th based off comment timestamps.

Apparently this mod breaks the pause menu terminal, and all other terminals. Just ran it with only this mod and its borked for me for some reason...

@Bredroll can you incorperate the submods; Carrier VLS, Heavy Manta, Engineering, Auto Scout, Logistics+, and the 2x speed mods into the next version of Revolution?

Thanks for the amazing mod. I'm having a blast as a solo player but I've been wondering if I should bring the ECM pods on my Mantas. Does it help against AI-controlled units?

I've checked the Revolution homepage and found it mentioning that the ECM pods would reduce detection range. Does this translate to reduced engagement range for AI controlled air defense as well?

If it can help. Revolution 1.3 (1.3.18) is much better lag wise. You can still notice it a bit but it's night and day compared to both 1.4 and 1.5. If I can do anything more. Let me know :)

Noticed the latest 8th of july patch and change notes. Checked the diffs in lua and noticed some performance increase via fast_sqrt and other radar changes, but unfortunately in a map full of turrets it's still pretty unplayable as the world lag is excessive. Perhaps having these many turrets was never meant or thought of...?

From a previous comment, I mentioned staggering when I loaded this mod.
Turns out, it goes away if I start a new game with this mod, and the staggering only occurs if I apply this mod to a game that I had already started. Dunno if that helps. I'm enjoying it! :steamthumbsup:

I'm having the same issue that Tenshi is having after installing the mod. I love the functionality of it, but I get staggering frame rates when moving about the bridge or ship, and when operating the periscope.:steamthumbsup:

I have sadly an issue with this mod, walking around the carrier causes micro lags and stuttering. Its only when i enable this mod. I wont include my specs because they are high end for latest games. any solutions? thanks

Hey. Rev 1.5 feels very nice. Especially all the QoL. I've been playing coop with a friend and we are close to 20 hours of save.

When playing a brand new world everything is very smooth. But on that save there seems to be world lag. Moving is very choppy (there's no frame decrease). The radar and depth sonar lines also move stuttery. We have some islands with A LOT of turrets. Could that be it?

Loving the mod, but one small question --- Is there a good way to run my game without carrier launched LGMs/VLS system? LGM spam w/o needing to do air support is kinda killing the PvE fun.

Let me clarify, the vectors/waypoints do appear on the main Tactical Map in the centre of the bridge, but not on the Vehicle Control stations. I've tried messing around with game and map settings for a while to no avail.

Yeah, I've been playing with your suite of mods for a few hours, and I recently encountered behavior where Aircraft/Ground Unit Vectors (the waypoints) won't appear on the map until the vehicle is fully deployed - whether that be taking off or departing from the ramp.

Actually, I just found a fix, Either by Itself, or Coincidence, but pressing the "show transcripts" button or where you listen to the audio recordings, seemed to fix it

Anyone aware of the bug @Texy mentioned? I just encountered it myself. The icons show up on the map, but the island or capture status isnt there on the map, just the name? but the islands ive looked at or captured are there. seems to be something to do with the Fog of War feature causing the bug it seems? i have been playing on a custom game with 52 Islands. not sure if thats a potential cause. ive only noticed it after saving and logging off and coming back later on in the day. it doesnt keep track of the state of the islands?

Landing an aircraft on land causes crash. Tried landing a Razorbill on an island runway an the game crashed right when it stopped moving.

@PrinterFirstClass F means "flight level" which is altitude in meters / 10. So FL200 = 2000m. I is Indicated Air Speed

can you also allow AA missile in the center hardpoint? Forcing it to be a multirole fighter feels kinda... weird. I love for the Manta to be a pure AA platform. Sorry I know I feel like I'm asking a lot but this mod really massively improved my game experience. Please and thank you
