When you are making a cosmetic for the spy, you do not want to mess with the balaclava/mask. You want to give him a hat? fine, goggles? good, facial hair? awesome. But do not touch the balaclava. It's like changing medic's gloves. The only cosmetic that does this wonderfully is Intangible Ascot which is holiday restricted
The Pom-Pommed Provocateur does this, although it changes very little of the balaclava, it till looks like shit.
There are 4 people in the contributor list, one of you, please take some time out and look at artworks, 60s, 70s and 80s spy fashion and previous cosmetics for spy.
