Cool cosmetic, pun intended. Although... you wouldn't be able to use with the Das Metalmeatencasen as it's also an item with the shirt equip region, something that is shown on the loadout examples.

Very nice rendition of a winter jacket for Medic. I love how you've kept the default shape and color to his torso unlike most of the other similar cosmetics on the workshop. Perfect team recognition!
