Crack addicts must really not like people wearing sweaters.

I feel like the sweater is a tad too dark-colored, but I like it and would probably wear it in loadouts if it was added :)

I do wish that the sweater was a bit more team colored, but this is fairly okay.

Make it team colored and it's perfect

Sniper also has weapons like his sniper rifle obscure the front of his chest, and you're more likely to recognise a Sniper from the back & sides; you're still going to make out what team this sniper is on from those long team-coloured sleeves than the sliver of red that's dashed across his chest with this item.

Sniper's vest/bust area is already dark, the main thing to notice the team he's in are the sleeves

yea, i think you should still add some more team colour on the vest

but his vest is open allowing you too see team colour

Sniper's original vest isn't team colored either, so I think it get's a pass.

You mean like the long-sleeved shirt that this item gives sniper that increases the amount of team colouring on him more than his default appearance?

I like it but i definitely feel it needs to have some kind of team coloring
