Yeah I increased all rates to compensate. It has the same rates I used on the Skull Island 200. Still need to test it thoroughly.

Did you up the income rate to compensate for the 250 pop cap? Was going to try it after I take a break from Destiny and redo these Warframe videos

Alright, I'm uploading the winter version very soon, perhaps you want to be the first one to try a 250 popcap winter version instead. What say you?

Sure, but you don't have to change your current original. Just make a copy of the same and modify the manpower to compensate for everyone else. This current setup is fine in my opinion. The AI plays the board nicely. (I played 2 Ober 1 regular german vs 2 Soviet 1 US)
