@bratacsga the general idea behind this mod is that ALL the major powers hate each other, even against cannon. I have never been 100% happy with how this mod performs though, but attempts to fix it didn't work.

Why are the Klingons even slightly angry at the Federation when the game starts anyway? This is the timeline where the Enterprise C successfully responded to the Romulan attack on Narendra III, so "Klingon Respect" should have always been a positive modifier that reduced over time, just like if you give them the data and logs about the Khitomer Massacre... unless this mod means that the Romulans are upset with the Feds for being friends with the Klingons?

It has been odd as I play my first game as Romulans. I've seen one war all game that wasn't involving minor races, that was the Klingons invading me pretty early. I wouldn't mind to ally with the Feds but ally doesn't seem an option. Yeah it's weird to think of that but since their using the Kelvin timeline of Romulans going to go boom. (Supposedly, I evacuated the place some time ago but it's not went boom yet.) I though it made sense to take a route more about reforming and becoming more open to ensure our survival.

Might try your mod for my second game, see how it alters the game play.
