It is compatible with Book Covers. You need to load this mod after Book Covers if it includes paper textures.

I'm rating and endorsing this mod, plus adding it to my "Recommended Mods" collection. However, I might note that this mod is incompatible with Book Covers (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35399) , which also changes paper texture. Thanks for adding this mod to the Workshop!

This mod replaces the default texture. So as long as Books of Skyrim doesn change that and only adds new books it is compatible.

Have you tested this with the Books of Skyrim mod on Nexus that would be the one to test it with as it adds tons of new books to the world.
