I've found a mod for 1.5 that fixes this problem, but in a different way. It lets you filter eggs that are "ruined by temp" or "not ruined by temp." You can find it here:

Love this, but already have Ruined is unfertilised which brings me to a very minor correction.

"Ruined is Unfertilized" but you've written it as fertilized.
