Someone has done a much better version. Haven't tested myself.
Sorry that mine has issues, I haven't had as much time recently to experiment in attempts to fix the issues with model, as I have a job and it can be a pain to reorganize my old content to then fix and update it.

I could probably look into this if I ever fix the leg issues. That's what is holding me back from even touching this project again. I already tried 3 different times redoing the stuff and getting the same leg issue each time lol

Proportion trick causes animation problems with NPCs afaik. I don't currently know how to fix it.

Enemy Scavenger does its reference pose, otherwise known as A-posing once what I believe is it supposed to be reloading. It doesn't do anything after.

The animations were very broken and so was the skeleton. I had to realign the skeleton with the model and do some cleanup to get it to this state.

if the animations came with the model when first ported,
maybe it can be used to make an "animated" version of the playermodel which has animations from the game.

Will say this game's assets are horrible to do stuff with cause the dev did alot of stuff to the models so you have to do alot of cleanup in Blender.

I am not good with Hammer. and you can't import stuff from Blender into Hammer as the entire map or whatever. you have to remake stuff. i would be ok trying to help someone with making the map by teaching them how I got the LC assets but that's about it.

Why not try to recreate the model yourself? Not only you may manage to fix some already-existing problems such as the sideway legs, but you could add even more features!
Overall, may be hard, but the hard work WILL pay off.

Also looking at the submission rules, I couldn't really upload the submission cause you HAVE to do edits to get the exported model usable and the original model without modifications would get rejected.
