Hey RowdyCJ, while you're mostly correct, a number of Robotic Boogaloo effects were made by the community. And some didn't make it, like Emone and Shock Jockey inspired later effects, Dead Presidents and Kill-A-Watt respectively.

i have an idea of a unusual effect that is basically a smaller green energy colored to white, with blinking red and blue lights, changing every 0.5 seconds, (red blue red blue red blue) and the white light being continous, the effect could be called "stop resisting" or "law enforcement"

sadly enough these effects will possibaly never get added because valve makes their own effects
