I can't take credit for this one, I just put the civ and the ships together into a complete Necron faction.

You should just see the Adeptus Mechanicus faction show up in your list of factions.

I do not have plans to expand on more 40k factions, but there is a Nurgle inspired faction by another creator that does have a full set of custom ships. You can find that here:
