I cannot. I'm not familiar on how to program with that framework. This addon alone uses a standalone framework and, in addition, has been optimized for use on the Expansion Pack.

I've spent a long time trying to find a solution for why NPCs were not shooting at the pilot, and thanks to you it is now solved. Will be releasing an update shortly.

can you make npcs see the driver by adding AddEFlags(EFL_DONTBLOCKLOS) to the "edf_flyer_remastered" once player enters the vehicle, remove once player leaves the vehicle?

VTOL mode allows the AAX to be more maneuverable. It provides faster rotation and easier forward and back, left and right movement at the expense of the maximum speed it can attain while VTOL is deactivated.

The controls are different for people who use different keybinds. The keybinds in the description are using the default keys. It’s likely possible you have switched the sprint key (Shift) with a different key.

This is the perfect mod if you want a flying vehicle, its amazing. I only found one small issue that I can't move down inside the ship? If I press spacebar I go up, but if I press shift, it doesn't go down.

Yeah unfortunately NPCs wouldn’t want to attack because the player is inside the model, making it impossible for NPCs to detect you. I tried to add code where NPCs would shoot at the vehicle when it is nearby but it only problems for the AI.

Hey, is it normal that enemy NPCs won't shoot you while you are in the aircraft? Only Helicopters and Striders can attack me while using the Raven.

Ok I figured it out, for me it's C instead of L-CRTL So yeah my set up was different but either way I can now use the rotary cannon.

You may have different keyboard configurations for changing between views in first and third person. The key to alternate between views while in a vehicle is L-CTRL by default, so you may have replaced L-CTRL with another key to change views. And as for your VTOL problem, the mechanical roaring sound is the VTOL activating/deactivating. The VTOL provides a small change in movement compared to the default, where it is much easier in terms of maneuverability at the expense of its speed.

Toggle VTOL Mode → Reload [R]
Toggle Third Person View/Toggle Rotary Cannon → L-CTRL These controls don't work I try over and over and these and nothing happens, the R just causes it to make a mechanical roaring sound and the L-CTRL doesn't do anything.

Thanks for the input. The hook was supposed to be removed upon release after its playtesting phase failed. It was an oversight on my part. Will release an emergency update to correct this.

Your addon uses the GM:PhysgunPickup() hook badly, line 112 of lua/autorun/edf_flyer_hooks.lua returns true in this hook if the player is an admin, this allows them to pick up any entity on the server, which breaks several addons.

You need to be in the turret camera view in order to fire. You can switch to the camera view by pressing L-CTRL during operation.

I always liked the designo of this, it kinda looks like an HL2 Gunship but if it were completely machine opposed as a synth. Good job!
