is this addon still wokring with new dlc?

I'm looking for a mod where you can boost your ideology in allied countries (not puppets). Can't find any, and you can't set a spy web in your allies. As a non-alligned country, I don't wan't an allied to become conmunist.

Cool tbh wish there were more mods where AI interacts with Player more (like ask for Economic aid or investments or something else) without DLCs or Focus Tree like decision shit sadly i cant seem to find any
