@icebolt08 the Ploppable RICO mod allows any building asset act just like growable buildings: Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Office. Custom buildings with RICO settings will have jobs or residences. RICO adds a tab to the toolbar were you can find these buildings to plop down. If you don't have the RICO mod then the buildings will be found in their base menu, usually a unique Building. My RICO enabled buildings are based of level 3 or 4 unique buildings and can be found under that tab without subscribing to RICO.
