@Andbrew i did configs on the past i'm here a good time. is kinda of the way i used to do. i just normally didn't do real life conflicts just basic fictional ones. if i end up actually finishing something you'll see. thank u

Forgot to mention one more thing, Ravenfield workshop is vast, but sometimes rather limited in certain equipment, so I suggest not being afraid in using something that might not be fully historically accurate, but rather just authentic and fun.

For gear specifically, I mostly check wikipedia and then double check the sources or simply get multiple secondary sources for reference, so I am fully sure about who had what and when.

Sometimes it's easier due to my own knowledge and available sources (e.g. WW1/WW2), sometimes it's hard due to lack of my interest, knowledge or available accurate sources (Korean War).

Hell, I even used certain better games as a reference in some instances, like Verdun.

Lastly I suggest hitting the perfect mix of realism, authenticity and fun gameplay, too much of either sours the experience, but it's all up to you really.

Don't overdo the mods or mutators liek I tend to do, since it really clogs up the performace of the game overall.

ay so another small thing the C8A3 mod ya got in your collection was not used til late 2000s use the C7A1, use the optic version since the carry handle aint an option in the mod or just throw in a M16A2/3, now I of course dont mean any offence by correctin ya, just tryin to aid ya

so small bit the CAF should not be digital camo, id say use either of the listed vietnam era skins as it portrays canada in a more accurate way since at the time OD uniforms were still in heavy use and M81 bits of gear were also used, as we didnt adopt full digital camo until the early 2000s
