Not too sure about the logo, but as for variations, you could base BLU off of the Nova Prospekt guards and RED off of the shotgunner as a few others have already suggested

I have a slight hunch it would look weird on RED. Consider team colors. Good paint overall though

I love the color and think it would work perfect as a blu variant. A red one that maybe is brighter, closer to lavender maybe, would work super well imo. But if this was added as it is now I would not complain

Serious note. I'd def use a dark red to go with that navy, even it's not a lot of "team" space. The combine do actually use red for their shotgunners

I think it needs a red variant. I think it would look great if the Red variant is completely or mostly White and the logo Red, it uld still maaa reference to the Combine while not necessarily attaching it to just one team tbh

If the secondary, navy blue texture wasn't blue the skin would be perfect.

Seconding what Sosoyy said. You could use a red primary with a brown secondary texture to mirror a combine shotgun soldier. This is so close to perfection otherwise.
