We need at least another non-themed update after smissmas so we can round it out with 2 non themed updates and 2 seasonal.

@spektral We already have too many updates as shown by the quality of items so we don't need more.

The effect is nice would fit well in a summer case

If valve ever makes a spring update between smissmas and summer, This is the sort of effect they should add.
