can you make one for Zoey? i dunno why everyone gets full reskins for rochelee. but most of the time zoey stays the same except for an outfit. they make her some stupid anime babe. i'd like to see krystal or renemon as zoey or something.

You know Mr. Krystal, who runs the Krystal Archive? He might be able to get the sounds from SFA. If you go to his site, he's already got all the voice lines from Assault and is having people help him subtitle them. He might be able to get the staff sounds from Adventures in the future, at which point he'll give them to me. When I have the sounds and have made a mod that replaces the guitar's melee sound effects, would you want to have that VPK from me to add to your item, or should I post that VPK myself as my own workshop submission?

Yeah thanks, that would be sweet. I would've done it ages ago but I just haven't had the time as I have been busy with university. If you want to have a crack at the sounds, by all means go ahead.

Whether you keep the staff in this mod, or make it a separate mod, I want to do what I can to get the staff's sound effects from SFA and either provide you with them or make my own sound mod.

OK guys since everyone has been asking I'll remove the staff and release it as a separate addon. But I haven't had enough time lately due to my university committments. When and if I get any free time in the future, I'll try and release the mod, so please be patient until its release.

Neat! Krystal was my childhood heroine in Starfox Adventures. I always thought that she was a very cute and well-designed character, even if her clothes are a bit skimpy.. The only complaint I have is that her eyes are way too wide and it makes her look like in a constant creepy state of surprise while smiling.

In the picture, her mouth is closed and her eyelids just manage to touch the upper edge of the pupil.

I also agree with the other comments. While the staff is nice, she should be without it.

I like this over the other mod though, because I don't really like how the Assault model looks (Sultry eyes, thin AF waist, etc)

I just checked the game files. Rochelle's "Grabbing a guitar" lines are under sound/player/survivor/voice/producer/meleeweapons11-14.wav (four files). And of course, the guitar sounds are under sound/weapons/guitar. The HUD icon for the guitar is probably hidden somewhere within materials/vgui/hud, and that's within pak01_dir.vpk

@Dogman15 I would add the sounds for her staff but I can't find them anywhere on the internet as I said in the description. I would extract them from the games' actual files but I don't know how. As for the voice, I know how to do that its just that what's the point of replacing just a couple of lines of dialogue? I might as well replace every single voice file of Rochelle's with Krystal's but there are hundreds of files and it would take a while to replace all of them and I don't have the time to do that. And finally as for the HUD image I would do it, its just that I don't know how.
