Okay apparently rain was a heavy contributed to the lag. Global phantom spawn amount also lagged frames. After adjustments, everything should be running much better now. (At least for me)

Hmm... curious since i didn't put much stuff that's not on the map already other than the effigies and things in the factory. It may be something about the weather and rain. I'll adjust this and see if there's any improvements

lags like hell for some reason, even with lowest settings and using performance mods
