The sofa was an aesthetic decision, not a functional one, feels empty to have a bigger office only with a table and a computer. But you're absolutely right

Thanks for uploading this! Really cool to see other building ideas, your ~10m large office building is very compact and centralized -- much better than the monstrosity I've built up. If I can add one suggestion -- while they "look" nice, the sofas in all the offices actually reduce effectiveness, resulting in your employees work to not be as fast as it would be without. Not to mention, sofas are large.

Great pack I'm using the 70ppl and 16ppl offices in my game. Minor thing but both fail fire inspections in the 16ppl office the ground floor offices need fire alarm and sprinklers. The 70ppl office needs stairs all the way from bottom to top, and half the offices are missing sprinklers.
