He plays very fun, if only he had his genocide cutter grounded variant from 2002 and kaiser wave, maybe his command grab super, he'd be perfect. Maybe some sounds for his moves, but he is very awsome, very well made. As Rugal's number 1 fan, this is a work of art

I must commemorate you Confound, this characters animations are actually amazing and the more I mess with this character the more I see the attention to detail and love poured into this design. All in all very fun, well made character, keep it up and God bless.

Because people keep asking about the sprites, I did experiment with a more Yomi hustle style stick figure, but it didn’t give off the correct amount of menace that I wanted Rugal to have, which for me at least, the more human like animations did

imo i think an actual stickman would look better for the Yomi style. his attacks are cool and i wish i knew more abt Rugal

Damn nolstagia, incredible!! , the only thing that bothered me was its design lol, Rugal stickman version is very strange to look at, the animations are a bit slow and without many effects, the mod is really beautiful, good work
