I like the combo of red & blu, but having yellow in that mix adds too many colors. Replace the yellow with a black or something.

needing a palette swap and not much else to fix it is a good sign that you're on the right track, so keep it up

It looks really sleek, but the colors are indeed a problem. Here, I made some mockups for some team colored versions, also provided the colors i used. Go with whatever feels best to you, of course, this is just for ideas.

Because adding both red and blu on the exact same texture will help team recognition

i agree with the other comments, i like the textures but they should be red OR blue, not both
i also find that its a bit too saturated

Please make distinct BLU and RED versions. This warpaint would work a lot better with team oriented colors.
