Why would the union state, CAR, CSA, or any other american nation all of a sudden use the AK platform in 1960, instead of the AR platform? Could this be fixed or patched?

Hello, there is a bug in the "Kaiserredux Extended tech tree copmatibility patch". In the air technology, torpedos are missing (air_torpedoe_1, 2 & 3). Its in the base game, its in Kaiserredux and its in ETT60, but however the compatibility patch removes the torpedo technology.

Alright I managed to get it to show up. I did notice one issue though with just these three mods enabled Militia do not show up as an option in the division designer.

Looking like it has something to do with the Vicky 3 free weekend breaking my launcher's ability to read new mod downloads or something. This was just the first mod I observed the issue with sorry to have bothered you.

I can't get this to show up in my mod list. I've unsubbed and resubbed about twenty times and even deleted all mods in my mod folder and verified to redownload them all. Any ideas for how to get this to show up?
