A more serious problem is that fighting Delirium is quite miserable because the mark is cleared when it transforms. I know balance and Delirium don't go together but I hope you can somehow address this.
It's a very well made character. And I like T.Sherriff's gimmick. But most of the time, I just feel T.Sherriff is too weak and that he's not that fun to play. I'd give him a little buff like giving the shotgun piercing by default, or a slight damage increase, or making the mark last longer and make enemies take more damage while marked. Just something for a bit more oomph. Just my opinion though.
