If you're fine with a little clipping, the Blizzard Britches seem to be the best available pants to go with it (loadout.tf shows you how much clipping there is if you're curious). If you only want shoes to go with it, the Flashdance Footies or Brooklyn Booties are the more-fitting options to choose from.
