fuck off xoxo
Also I don't need to win with 1 stock because I haven't even played a game with the buddy active in the first place
It's a funny, although petty feature but you'd get less complaining if the player could activate or deactivate it manually for any character with an input/code at the beginning of the match, with a longer and more involved deactivation code to keep a bit of the original spirit behind it while allowing casual freedom.
because, well, if you didnt, and hypothetically that character was unbalanced, youd just be picking them to get carried! And that would never happen!
get good
a: its really funny
b: ppl who pick those characters dont care about a fair match anyway
c: just dont touch the flower 5head
thats incredibly petty tbh. i legit thought this was a bug, and i would have known if it was intentional if you put it in the two whole compatibility guides you put in or just the description of the buddy itself.
but honestly, it would've been even better if you just didn't incorporate this at all, cause when people see a talking flower buddy on the workshop, they really just want a funny flower that talks and makes silly comments and just have it entirely be cosmetic instead of just shitting all over someone who dared to pick hotel mario in a free for all match in a friend lobby.
Talking Flower: "Ohhhhh, so that's what it does!"
