Step 1 find where your downloaded mods are stored.
Step 2 cilck on this mod then left click properties
Step 3 open mod.info (open it with notepad)
Step 4 change the MinGameVersion to this "3.115" and the MaxGamVersion to this MaxGameVersion "3.262.1"
Step 5 click save
Step 6 close it
Step 7 start your game up and see if it worked

Had fun playing this old mod again :) Don't forget guys to change your 'mod.info' file to the latest version of the game and use 'GSM XII Stoichev version' (search on Steam Workshop). Happy gaming.

@Flak ok, since I haven't had those issues before I don't know how to help you. Maybe there is a Steam guide that can give a fix for you camera issues.

@The Captain: same issues as before. Tried to do it with/without some other mods. Even tried restarting the game with the mods removed (bar the two GSM ones like GSM XII and this one).

@Flak I've never had the map issue but maybe this could help. try right clicking and draging on the minimap to change your view (This is the same as using the wasd keys) maybe it will reset your camera view. As for your zoom issue, I assume you can't zoom in enough to closely view you men. Try the "up and down" arrow keys and your zoom keys mine are "l and p" although you may have to change the zoom keys as the default ones don't work. I hope this makes sense and helps you.

Thanks for that @The Captain. That worked. Would you by any chance know how I can fix the issue where the camera goes crazy/dives seemingly underneath the map? Other than that, how do I fix the view distance issue? I just can't zoom at all down to the units under my command. I've made it 100% yet it still doesn't zoom at all.

Ok if you want to play this mod follow these steps.
1. Open file explorer.
2. Find "GSM Fall Gelb and beyond."
3. Open on the GSM Fall Gelb and beyond file, then open on the subfile called "mod.info"
4. Change the MaxGameVersion to this {MaxGameVersion "3.260.0"}
5. Then click save.
6. Start Men of War Assault Squad 2, go to Options, then click on Mods, find this mod and
GSM 12.
7. Double click on these two mods then click apply.
It should work now, and if it dosen't reply to this comment and I'll try to help if I can.

in what way has the info file to be changed so it runs propperly with gsm?

Thank you for this excellent two-part map. Really enjoyed fighting for every inch of ground, excellent stuff. I know its not been updated for awhile, but a little change to the info file got it working perfectly.

where to get non archived gsm mod?

Why does it not let me select it as a mod to add when I have gsm active? Isn't it supposed to work with it?

this mission is retarded, at the first part where you try to cross that little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bridge, you will lose 80% of you units just trying to get it, doesn't help smoking it either,

@ Fritschie: No minesweepers available - you need to dodge the minefields which are clearly marked with signs. You can´t use captured radio-operator either - it would make things too easy... You get ammunition trucks in later phase of mission.

Also both prongs of the german assault wound up in France.. Either way name works.. Just sayin

Anybody else having trouble running this mod? I have Fields of Honour XII which works fine alone but as soon as I enable Fall Gelb and Beyond, game crashes... Any help would be appreciated. I can't wait to play this!!

This is one of the best custom GSM missions I've ever played. Great job man.

you know the german name of invading france is "Fall Rot", "Fall Gelb" is the operation name of attacking the low lands, so the BENELUX (Belgium,Netherlands and Luxembourgh) not France.
