I think there might be an issue with Stellar starbases and ship building - when building the forge it doesn't unlock the ship building tab for the starbase, as if its incapable for building ships

WARNING: As of Stellaris 1.12 this mod will CTD the game and have missing Techs after developing δ-tech. DO NOT USE WITH CURRENT ACOT VERSION!

That said, i use a lot of mods (100+), so it could be a bad combination on my end. At the same time removing this from my mod list did fix a lot of my problems.

Looking at the code, it overwrites a lot of stuff with content from a previous version so I would not use this right now.

I also am curious, if I should use this now or not?

No really, a description would be good. This may be unlisted, but it is linked directly on other ACOT mods, usually just in the form of a load order. So it would be great to actually know what this does.

I can´t play ACOT and AOT without this mod anymore. It is that good, unprecedented work!
But it was so hard to find this mod hahaha.

It'd be super if you gave at least a little description of what the mod does, how it does it, and what performance impact one could expect using it.
