persnoly i dont see a problem with the wool but that might be just me but other then that looks nice

Love the look (and the fact there's no obnoxious paint regions) but yeah the wool does look pretty off

Yeah. The wool looks weird, it's just weird bubbles. The Der Wintermantel does a pretty good job with the fur part even though it's flat. Perhaps try making it something like that, more flatter?

It definitely still needs a lot more work, as it stand it a good concept but it does need require changes on the wool and on the coat itself as it looks very low quality. Add some more texture on the coat and bringe it closer to the chest, as well as make the outer parts smaller. Otherwise, not a bad start!

The cotton texture just ends up looking like Cadbury Bubbles when they're rendered in TF2. Pretty decent coat, but I'd just make the filling flat.
