The collar is too tall. I get there's a style without the fur but it'd be nice to have the fur but not worry about Demoman's head being half-obscured.

The collar looks really freakin' weird with how tall it is.
I get that you want to hide the vest collar, but this just makes it worse honestly.

Ahhh, very well done. However i would say remove the a lot more fur around the collar area and also make it a lot less large. As it stand it's too bulky around the neck and it looks off. The rest is well done.
