Also, if you have the time and interest, would really appreciate if assigning and un-assigning the programs could sort them correctly like in the Agent Reserve mod. I noticed that the programs are re-sorted after we finished the next mission but would be nice to have them sorted out in real time.

The bug is rather you being able to buy a second copy of it than it not stacking. I'll look into it.

Hi RaXaH, thanks for the mod. Reporting a minor bug.

Apparently if you have two same programs, the game is not able to read them as two separate programs. In the video below, I have two Overdrives and two Abacuses. But the game reads them as only one, i.e., when I deactivate one Overdrive program, both copies get deactivated.

Fantastic mod. IMHO the Incognita Upgrades should be in the mod title for easier search (e.g. Situation Reports + Incognita Upgrades)

How do I open vault doors on the exit made by Balrog? I swear I have explored this entire map, I have a vault key, and nothing seems to work.

Yes, as with most mods you have to enable them in the generation options in order for them to be active.
