I would make the buttons a bit more rounded, as even the medic's own coat buttons, with their limited use of polygons, are ten-sided. And fix the lower resolution.
Other than that, a very nice winter coat!

Needs definitely a bit more polish on the upper sides of the coat. Otherwise, realllllly well done.

Simple, yet dapper, fits with the theme without being excessive, and even the paint region is toned down so even the lime and pink aren't too eye searing.

Excellent work, 10/10, reminds me of some of the older cosmetics.
